Shipping Information and Pricing - US Orders
Music Studio Direct is pleased to offer FREE Shipping on all U.S orders starting from $99 and higher! (U.S. orders up to 20lbs) Plus, just $5.00 shipping for orders under $99!
Most small to medium orders are shipped via Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation or UPS with tracking. Orders over 20 lbs will have a very small shipping cost, but still lower than other music stores.
We also offer Fedex 2 Day Shipping with tracking for only $17.95! . (2 Business Days - Monday - Friday)
If you need one of our products via next day shipping, please call us toll-free at 877.687.4270, and we will quickly let you know if we can get an order to you the next day. The typical cost for Next Day Fedex shipping is $26.95 for products up to and including 5 pounds. Please note that Saturday shipments will definitely be more expensive, as well as heavier shipments.
International Orders
Pro Music Connection can ship our wide selection of products to countries outside the US for very reasonable prices. We typically send our International packages via US Priority International Mail. We have found this service to be surprisingly quick to most countries. The cost of shipping will vary by country, but it is usually between $20 and $30 USD which includes shipping insurance.
Customs and Duties Information
Please note that the cost of your order plus the cost of shipping does not include any customs, duties or VAT charges you may incur when your order arrives. In most cases, your total cost will still be less by having your order shipped to you from the United States. However, we suggest that you contact your Customs office for your country to be sure that your customs fees are reasonable for the product you are purchasing from Pro Music Connection.
